Tecno Mould s.r.l. is a company whose workers have thirty years’ experience in the specific field of designing and building steel moulds for die-casting and thermoplastic moulding.
It operates mainly on behalf of third parties, nationally and internationally, relying on highly qualified personnel, new technologies and automation.

The design of the moulds is carried out with CAD-CAM and their manufacture is entrusted to the well-equipped in-house workshop, equipped with numerically controlled machining centres, parallel lathes, grinding machines and die-sinking EDMs.
Our customers can count on valuable support in the design and development of new parts as well as in the manufacture of moulds. The moulding department has recently manufactured, fully automatic injection moulding machines ranging from a minimum tonnage of 60 tonnes up to a maximum of 250 tonnes. We can mould parts in any material, with weights ranging from a few grams to a maximum of 600 grams.
A control unit guarantees maximum precision and production quality. In addition to moulds and moulded articles, we can also supply ultrasonically welded products.
